We are processing fresh oyster mushrooms into shade-dried mushrooms in 80 g packages. These are available in five species of oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus species), shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes), button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), Reishi mushrooms (Ganoderma species).
